Elite Expeditions is a legally registered company operating in compliance with the applicable laws of Florida and the United States. By contracting any of our services, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Role as Intermediary

Elite Expeditions acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and other service providers.

• All bookings, reservations, and services are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of each provider.

• Elite Expeditions is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of third parties but will represent and assist the client in managing communications with those providers.

 

Transparency & Billing

​

• All fees and rates will be disclosed to the client in advance.

• Elite Expeditions charges service fees and management fees separately from the costs of third-party providers.

• Any time invested in changes, cancellations, or refund requests will be billed at the company’s standard hourly rate, as previously agreed with the client.

• Receipts and invoices will reflect service charges transparently.

 

Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in penalties or cancellation of services.

• Refunds, when applicable, are subject to the policies of third-party providers. Elite Expeditions does not guarantee refunds for non-refundable fares or bookings.

• Elite Expeditions reserves the right to charge administrative fees for managing refund requests, regardless of the outcome.

 

Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.

• Any errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client (such as incorrect names, travel dates, or passport details) are the client’s sole responsibility.

• Clients are responsible for complying with travel requirements, including visas, entry permits, vaccinations, and valid identification.

 

Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity

• Elite Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or deny services if suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected.

• Payments flagged for fraud, money laundering, or chargeback abuse will be investigated and reported to the appropriate authorities.

• The company complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Elite Expeditions will not be liable for losses, delays, accidents, force majeure events, government actions, or any situation beyond its reasonable control.

• Liability for services provided directly by Elite Expeditions shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for such services.

 

Intellectual Property

​

All logos, brand elements, and company materials of Elite Expeditions are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or payment with Elite Expeditions, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
